NYC Jewelry Week exhibit "Linked Connection" featuring Karen Kriegel and various artists.

Linked Connection is a collaborative effort among various artists from all over the world; a movement that linked our studio practices – literally – to each other. This exhibition was initiated at the start of 2021, a time of isolation, when many artists longed for connection and a chance to share with other makers. By joining forces virtually, each artist crafted an individual piece that would be linked into one interminable chain; a harmonious mix of everyone’s signature techniques, textures and materials. Throughout the year, more artists continued adding to the chain, and now, as the world opens up again, the final chain can now be viewed in person by all.
